李龙，男，大连理工大学博士，上海交通大学博士后，香港城市大学访问学者，山东省优秀青年创新团队发展计划“可持续城市基础设施建设”团队负责人、造价物流教研室党支部书记、土木水利学位点主任、学术委员会委员。研究方向为重大工程管理、基础设施创新与社会责任、新型建筑工业化、项目数字化转型等。主持山东省优秀青年创新团队发展计划支持项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、山东省自然科学基金青年项目，参与国家自然科学基金重大项目、国家重点研发计划项目、香港研究资助局优配研究项目等多项课题。

在ASCE-Journal of Construction Engineering and Management、Engineering Construction and Architectural Management、Journal of Civil Engineering and Management、Developments in the Built Environment、Journal of Environmental Management等期刊发表SCI/SSCI论文30余篇。任中国城市经济学会基础设施运维与管理专业委员会委员、中华建设管理研究会青年委员、中国建筑学会工程管理分会青年委员、中国管理科学与工程学会工程管理分会青年委员等学术兼职。

具有管理科学与工程学科及工程管理专业领域的研究与学习经历：大连理工大学工学博士(工程管理)，上海交通大学博士后(管理科学与工程)，香港城市大学访问学者(工程管理)，青岛理工大学管理学硕士(管理科学与工程)，青岛理工大学工学学士(工程造价)。工作期间获“青岛理工大学先进工作者”等荣誉称号，学习期间曾获得多项国家级、省部级学术奖励和荣誉（博士研究生国家奖学金、硕士研究生国家奖学金、辽宁省优秀毕业生、大连理工大学优秀毕业生、山东省研究生优秀科技创新成果奖等）。

主要讲授课程：工程施工组织管理、工程合同管理（本科生）；先进建造与管理（研究生）。参编《建设工程施工管理》、《先进建造与管理导论》、《建筑工业化概论》、《住宅产业化论》、《SI体系住宅工业化建造指南》等学术专著与国家级教材。

所在党支部获评为“青岛理工大学五星党支部”，指导的本科班级获评为“山东省高校先进班集体”和学校优良学风标兵班。指导的多名管理科学与工程学术型硕士研究生和土木水利专业型硕士研究生考取了国家“双一流”高校博士研究生，获“硕士研究生国家奖学金”、“山东省优秀毕业生”、“山东省优秀研究生干部”等综合奖励和荣誉，获CRIOCM Outstanding Paper Award。指导多名本科生推免或考取了国家“双一流”高校硕士研究生，获全国高等学校BIM毕业设计创新大赛国家级奖励，获青岛理工大学优秀毕业论文一等奖。
